I love everything about Logan Square, and I couldn't have been more excited to explore the the neighborhood with them! First up on our trip we went to the far south side to one of their favorite fish shacks, and I was not disappointed! It's a gorgeous location right on the river with a cool rustic industrial vibe.
Damn... I love this session with Amy and Justin! Usually it's all about the locations for me. I have so much fun finding and sorting out the best place to go with each couple. I don't want to just pick out some random spots, my goal is to always find the places that reflect on the people. But with Amy and Justin the locations didn't end up playing a major role. For them, it was all about each other.
This wedding has an absolutely crazy story attached to it. But it's not so blog friendly if you happen to be interested just ask! I also wanted to give Laura a big shoutout! She made so many of the awesome details for her wedding. She hand drew her invitations, she made the cake toppers, and she designed these awesome little cups of candy for her guests. This girl is seriously talented and I'm so glad that we were able to be there for her wedding day. On top of all of that, we even had an opportunity to work with some great people. Mike Hendzel of Henzel Productions worked video for the day and Sharokina of City Girl Just to name a few!
